健康飲食當道，不僅要攝取適量的油脂，油的種類也很重要。

不飽和脂肪酸分為Omega-3、6、9，各有不同功用，相輔相成，過與不及都不好。

　

Omega-3富含ALA，能轉換成EPA和DHA，有助於活化腦細胞，改善神經衰退；

Omega-6在平時飲食很容易攝取到，多數植物油都含有大量的Omega-6，如果人體內含量過高，容易造成身體發炎；

Omega-9則可以幫助體內抗發炎。

　

國人常有Omega-6過量的問題，造成體內大小發炎反應，包括血液變濃稠，增加動脈硬化風險，以及可能引發異位性皮膚炎、肝炎、胰臟炎，甚至和癌症、失智症、憂鬱、中風都有關。

 

Omega-3油品：亞麻仁籽油、紫蘇籽油
Omega-6油品：大豆沙拉油、葡萄籽油、葵花油、玉米油、芝麻油
Omega-9油品：苦茶油、橄欖油

　

芥花油是用芥花種籽榨取的油脂，是目前許多先進國家的主要食用油。

芥花油擁有接近完美的脂肪酸比例，是越來越被國際重視的主因，其不飽和脂肪酸比例更高達90％以上；同時飽和脂肪酸含量為植物油中最低 (僅9%)；單元不飽和脂肪酸 Omega-9 高達55%，也因為芥花油的脂肪酸結構優異，符合2015-2020美國飲食指南建議健康飲食原則，美國心臟學會(AHA) 正式於2015年推薦芥花油作為家庭烹調用油。

除了對健康有幫助，芥花油發煙點240°C，非常適合民眾有時會高溫烹調的習慣。

穿亞曼尼的中醫長篇小說第一部曲「迴」 後記

第一部曲「迴」 後記 感謝所有讀者的支持和鼓勵，「穿亞曼尼的中醫」之第一部曲「迴」，已全部連載完畢。第一次提筆構思這個故事大約是七年多前，由於生活諸事繁忙，能寫作的時間相當有限，斷斷續續地寫，最後居然超過了十萬字，成了長篇小說。就像許多小說的創作者一樣，寫著寫著，筆下的人物，開始有了他們自己的生命，甚至一本書還寫不完，因而有了三部曲的構想。相較於第一部曲著重在主角的心路歷程以及周圍人事物對他的衝擊，第二部曲「易」始於一連串的轉折，促成了主角的專職行醫之路，藉由中醫治病的思維，探索每一個病人帶來的啟示。主角在第一部曲中，看著自己與身邊人擺盪在工作﹑感情﹑婚姻﹑親子種種關係的選擇與煎熬，在第二部曲中將藉由與病人的互動，會有更多新的體悟。而中醫博大精深的理論，驗證於現實治病時處理的疑難雜症，有出乎想像的簡單容易，也有著意想不到的曲折變易，這是第二部曲之所以名為「易」的原因，敬請期待！
